Hello! It’s time for us to introduce ourselves….
Hello fellow Mummas,
Welcome to our wonderful, inspiring, fun, breath of fresh air and most importantly NEW website - MumSphere. We are delighted (and a tiny bit nervous) to finally be publishing our first post and thought it would be best to introduce who we are and what you can expect from us as a website and brand.
MumSphere is a website designed for the parents, carers, grandies, nannies, aunties and uncles - inclusive to all. We focus on activities, parks, eateries and recreational centres. What makes us different is our website focuses on free* daily activities in the Eastern Suburbs and City of Sydney. It is a localised platform where you can search your suburb, or the suburb you are wanting to travel to, and we will tell you what’s on.
Instead of gossiping with your friends or having to ask on a facebook group you can simply check MumSphere and plan your week to keep your kids occupied and happy, and to keep you sane and out of the house! Our free activities are a mix of library organised events and playgroups (please note playgroups have a small entrance fee) with free council events also included. We will aim to keep you all updated with the bigger events through our posts and newsletter.
Our goal is to be Sydney wide with free activities local to you, and our big vision is Australia wide. We want all Mum’s to feel connected through MumSphere and to know that there are events and activities near you that are kid-centric.
We’ve all heard the saying ‘it takes a village’ and while that may sound cliche we can start making the famous village by first finding our community. We hope that by creating MumSphere we can create a waterfall effect in your parenting journey along the lines of finding kid friendly activities in your area, meet like-minded mums and therefore starting off your parenting community.
